Premier Motor Factors pass on the Manufacturers warranties which come with many of the products we sell. In addition to that we also warrant any parts that we sell which are not covered by a manufacturers warranty. Where we are passing on a manufacturer's warranty then we are bound by the terms of that warranty, i.e. if the manufacturer states that an item needs to be sent back to them for inspection and/or testing then we will endeavour to do this in a timely fashion and no refund or replacements can be issued against such a claim until the manufacturer has agreed a claim with ourselves.
