Help Page - Suspension

These help pages are designed as a guide only

Suspension faults affect the safety of you and other road users and if you are in any doubt about servicing the suspension on your vehicle then please consult an experienced, qualified mechanic. Your suspension system is a set of cooperating components designed to give you a smooth, even, stable ride. Since the suspension takes the brunt of abuse from the road the parts wear out, and even break. If your car doesn't seem to ride like it used to, the problem may be the suspension.

Things to watch out for when ordering.

We only sell shock absorbers and springs in matched pairs. It is mostly considered unwise and possibly unsafe to replace a single shock absorbers as this can seriously affect the handling characteristics of your vehicle, particularly under heavy braking.
