Do you ship overseas ?
We will ship to almost any country however if an item is over two kilos in weight then we MUST have a telephone number for the carrier to contact you and if one is not supplied at the time of ordering then your items will not be shipped until we get one. Occasionally some carriers stop shipping to a particular country or region and in this case you wll be given a full refund. Please read any communications you receive from us as sometimes there are special requirements of the destination country and if we don't have all of the information we need then this can delay or even prevent delivery of your item. If your item can not be delivered because you have failed to provide sufficient information then we will not reimburse you for the failed delivery.
When can I expect my order to arrive ?
We aim to despatch most orders within two working days of receiving payment. Occasionally an item will go out of stock as we sell through a number of different channels and if we cannot replace it within two days we will inform you of the problem and refund your purchase. Higher value items are sent on a courier service for delivery on the following working day. Lower value items will be sent by Royal Mail tracked parcel service, the majority of these items are delivered within three working days however this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.
Do you accept returns ?
For most items returned to us within 7 days of delivery you will be refunded in full as long as they are unused and in the original packaging. Exceptions to this are some electronic components such as Ignition Modules and Air Flow Sensors - these are supplied in a sealed bag and once this bag is opened we can not accept them back unless they are faulty in which case we will follow our warranty procedure.
What quantity of parts will I receive ?
Brake discs are all pairs (2 discs), brake drums are single items.
Shock absorbers are always a pair (2 shocks).
Brake pads or brake shoes are sold as a set to do two wheels
All other items are single units (for example engine mountings, strut mountings, spark plus etc.) unless otherwise stated.
Do you combine carriage ?
Yes, we can combine carriage on many items that we sell. The way this works on eBay is that you buy the items and complete eBay checkout but don't pay for them straight away. When we see the sale we will combine the items and you will receive a combined invoice from eBay. Pay for the items after you have received this.
